A virtual jobs showcase is an online career fair. Like an in-person career and internship fair, there will be employer booths, opportunities to meet one-to-one with recruiters, and helpful tips on how to navigate the fair. You will be able to ask questions and interact with employers and attendees and visit many employer booths that interest you to learn about jobs, internships, and more.
Rutgers-New Brunswick, Camden, and Newark students and alumni are welcome to attend.
To log in on the day (or during the 30-day on-demand period), simply visit Rutgers Virtual Career and Internship Fair: Diversity and Inclusion and log in using your Rutgers NetID and password.
No. You do not need to download or install software to participate. You will access this event through the Handshake platform and only need to connect to the internet. You can do this via a computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone.
Yes, you can ask questions in the employer booth chats. For general inquiries you can go to the help desk and speak to a Rutgers staff member.
The session times are all in ET (Eastern Time).

All sessions and online resources will be available on-demand and accessible via the virtual jobs showcase website. You will be able to access this content for up to 30 days after the showcase.
Yes. You will have access to your own virtual satchel with resources from the event that you can email to yourself. You will be able to come back over the next 30 days after the event to collect more resources.
If you have any technical issues on the live showcase day, you can contact the Technical Support Team in the main lobby.
Yes, you will receive one stamp for attending this virtual event. At the event, be sure to check in with your NetID. To earn your stamp, please visit careers.rutgers.edu/challenge to create your gameboard. Stamps should be available within one week of the event. If you have any issues or concerns, please contact careers@echo.rutgers.edu.
You can log in to the fair site a before the event date to review the employers and opportunities. Please note that employers are adding on an ongoing basis, therefore, check back often.
Yes, access to the site will be available for a minimum of 30 days after the event ends.
